After graduating High School, he continued his studies at the Milan Conservatory, where he graduated at a very young age in classical guitar and later in conducting. He then graduated at the Faculty of Law of the University of Milan with a grade of 110/110.
In 1996 he passed with flying colors the Examination for the Qualification to the Profession of Lawyer and began practicing as a freelance lawyer registered at the Bar Council of Milan. He practiced in Milan together with his father, also a lawyer, and became a member of The Milan Bar Association that regulates the legal profession. Since 2010 he has been a barrister at the Supreme Court of Cassation.
He is also a professor of ecclesiastical law at Shepherd International University Italia, a private university in Marchirolo, in the Province of Varese, and Lugano, Switzerland. He is also a member of the Academy Senate and the legal adviser of the University.
Alongside his studies of music and law, he has attended some specialization courses in musical composition and conducting. From 1995 to 2004, he was the conductor of a chamber orchestra, the Filomusica del Cenacolo Musicale Ambrosiano, with which he performed in several concerts as a conductor and soloist.
Paola Rinaldi
Paola Rinaldi was born in Milan and graduated at the Faculty of Law of the University of Milan in 1990. She practiced as a lawyer in the law firm of Mario Piccolo and, once she passed the State Examination for the Qualification to the Profession of Lawyer, she started working with the Administrative Lawyers Stefano Nespor and Nico Cerana. Later, she began working as a freelance lawyer in her office in piazza Bertarelli, in Milan.
Her great curiosity and energy led her to further explore various areas of law. She initially focused on family law, providing legal assistance to couples with attention to separation and divorce issues. In 2012 she started a collaboration with the Spanish firm Ius Et Familia, based in Seville, Spain, where she worked with single-degree-of-judgment divorce proceedings that usually ended in very few months.
She then turned her interest towards the real estate and inheritance areas that allowed her to start her notary practice certified by the notary Valerio Tacchini in Milan and to get to know the reality of the notarial practice.
For some years now, she has returned to collaborate with her long-time colleague, lawyer Valerio Piccolo working on the subject of Italian citizenship. The common interest in the topic and the unique enthusiasm let the two lawyers unitedly undertake a new professional chapter full of opportunities for all the people who wish to become Italian citizens.
